Description:
In 2006, we surveyed regular webinar attendees to ask them how we could provide more value to them. The respondents told us that we should design a product that:

  • Focused on practical issues
  • Showcased best practices
  • Encouraged collaboration and brainstorming
  • Combined synchronous events with asynchronous continuous learning opportunities
  • Linked best practices to competency development

  • We have responded to these needs with the eLearn Campus Peer Network. We have identified an exclusive group of eLearning managers whom we have invited to be part of the network. We are pleased with the enthusiastic response from invitees.

This webinar provides an opportunity for invitees to be provided with a briefing about the various elements of the network. This webinar will also allow us to answer any questions about the Peer Network and to get feedback on aspects of the Network as we move toward implementation in March 2007.

We encourage all those who are interested in the Peer Network to attend this exclusive webinar and to bring along any interested parties.

Presenters: Rick Nigol, Co-founder and Director of Education, and Michael Grant, Co-founder and Director of Research, eLearn Campus

In this 30-minute excerpt, you will:

  • Understand the thinking behind the creation of the eLearn Campus Peer Network
  • Explore four key elements of the network (webinars, community of practice, workshops and courses)
  • Provide comments on how these elements will create value in your organization
  • Participate in a live Q&A with Rick and Mike
